The Calander says June, however I don’t think Mother Nature got the Memo, National Weather Service says my area of the Coast is expected to receive about 2 1/2 inches of rain between last night and tomorrow night, and its cooler than normal, so add that to the wet and oh lets throw in humidity of 77-100%. and I am feeling like absolute crud. Oh and I am thinking I have a Kidney Infection as well so that’s not helping how I’m feeling either. Gaahh.
June here means it is Tourist Season, and the beginning of all kinds of events and festivals all up and down the Oregon Coast, here in my town we just had Graduation last night out at the County Fairgrounds, We had a procession of Seniors all the way from the High School to the fairgrounds last night, It was wonderful to see the community come out and support the Seniors last night.
Next up The Farmers Market for Tillamook begins Next Saturday, the ones for Nehalem and Manzanita started last night and today, later this month is the Dairy Parade and the Rodeo that we have every year, I am not sure if I am going to the rodeo this year or not, I went last year and got a lot of really good captures, but OMG i was in so much pain the next day I could barely move, I think perhaps this year I will pass on the rodeo and go to the Dair Parade instead, I hope to get some really good pictures of the parade this year as it will be the first one since we moved here in fall of 2019 and of course the pandemic hit a few months later in 2020.
Keep an eye on this blog as I will be posting pretty often, even if its just a paragraph or two every couple of days or so. And there will be photographs , lots of photos LOL.
I hope everyone has a good evening/night and that tomorrow brings low pain levels and a wonderful day.
